Delicacy

Ortolan hosts the internet's most extreme culinary podcast, broadcasting from the dark web to her devoted "fellow Epicurians." No delicacy is too taboo — force-fed songbirds, century eggs, roast suckling pig, dog, baboon. Her philosophy: if it's alive, it's fair game, and nothing should go to waste.

Tonight, though, she's preparing her most ambitious feast yet — nine months in the making. As she walks listeners course by course through eyes, tongue, ribs and loin, her excitement builds toward a reveal that will make even her most hardened fans question exactly what — or who — is on the menu. Blackly comic and not for the faint of stomach.
